Should all orders be confirmed, no product will be entitled to refund or exchange for cash.
Product Acceptance Check
• All customers must check with the delivery man regarding products, quantity and make sure if there is any damage to non-food products
• If there is anything wrong with the order, please contact our customer service department during office hours. Petistore.com will follow up soon after
we hear from you
• If the customer gives up the right to inspect the products on the spot and later discover quantity or damage, we apologize that we cannot promise to
handle such case

Therefore, when new products arrive, PetiStore.com will carefully inspect to rule out quality issues, so that all of you could buy and use at ease. If you find any quality issues, PetiStore.com will work our best on solutions accordingly.
PetiStore.com has drawn up the following refund and exchange rules. We wish they could bring you convenience while not making any misunderstanding.
Product Refund and Exchange Principles and Arrangements
• Should you have any questions about the products, you have to contact our customer representative within seven days after receiving the products
• Please take photos of the products you suspect of quality issues and email them to info@petistore.com. This will help us to respond accordingly and
accurately. If you don’t provide photos, we might not be able to handle the inquiry
• All products to be refunded or exchanged should have the receipt, complete packaging, parts, user manual and warranty card (if any)
• Non-food products (e.g. toys, beds, clothes) must be new and have not been worn or used
• Non-food products: customers could choose to afford delivery charge and arrange redelivery
• Food products: customers do not need to afford the delivery fee of refund or exchange due to quality issues
• PetiStore.com does not accept any refund due to personal/pet preference, taste or flavor and we reserve the right to reject any unreasonable refund or
exchange inquiries
• PetiStore.com reserves the right to the final decision of refund and exchange
